An experienced History teacher is required for a school based in the Camden area of Central London to start ASAP. The History teacher will have the experience and ability to teach lessons to pupils in Key Stage 3 and 4 while being very well supported by the Head of Department. The History teacher will be able to deliver dynamic, interactive and engaging lessons to the pupils. The position is ongoing, full time with the expectation that the role will be covered until summer 2014.

The school has been graded by Oftsed as 'Outstanding' for the past 2 years and is looking to recruit a History Teacher on a full time, ongoing basis from January. The school is mixed with age groups of 11-18 and promotes independent thinking with high expectations of conduct. Excellent behavioural standards are in place and the school offers good transport links via Underground and main line stations.

The successful candidate will hold a QTS or relevant overseas Secondary teaching qualification.

NQTs are welcome to apply and a CRB/DBS will be required for the role.
