A school judged recently as 'Good ' by Ofsted and based in the Hackney area of East London, is looking for an experienced Maths Teacher to join them ASAP.
The Maths Teacher will have the ability to teach lessons to KS3,4 and 5 students. The Maths teacher will also be able to plan, deliver and mark course work to pupils according to their differing age groups and educational needs. The successful candidate will also be expected to assess, record and report on pupil development.
The Maths Teacher will be able to deliver interactive and engaging lessons while ensuring the pupils are motivated to learn. The opportunity is ongoing, on a full time basis and the school offers excellent transport links to main line train stations, Central Line and staff car parking.
The school aims to provide an inclusive community of successful learners and provides a balanced and relevant curriculum. The school is mixed and caters for age groups of 11-18 and a recent Ofsted report described the school as a place where students have excellent opportunities to make progress. The school also has a reputation as a leading Language, Business and Enterprise College with nationally recognised events held at the school.
The successful candidate will need to hold QTS or an equivalent overseas secondary teaching qualification.
